Germany’s largest open-air monkey enclosure
Visitors can stroll as guests through past of the 20 hectare large home of over 200 friendly Barbary apes. Visitors can even feed the apes with popcorn provided – a real, up-close encounter with monkeys!  The large pond contains many carps, which can also be fed, as well as various types of water fowl. Further attractions: an imposing colony of free flying storks, an interesting information room, a unique gallery with monkey impressions from all over the world, souvenir shop, self-service café and children’s playground.
