Have you heard about the Forsthausstüble restaurant just up from Ludwigshafen?
You go past the St. Anna church in Ludwigshafen and up the hill to Hofgut Spittelsberg. After a break and a snack, you can continue along the track and enjoy a beautiful view of the Überlinger See, the part of the lake around Überlingen, and finally cycle through the woods towards Stockach. Don't miss walking a few steps from the restaurant, Forsthausstüble, to the viewpoint, which gives you an view over the end of the lake. It's one of my most favourite spots all year round.
